Deputy Finance Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client specialises in vehicle glazing and requires reinforcement through a Deputy Finance Manager (m/f/d) at 100%.

The tasks include:

• Representation and support of the finance management in all financial matters

• Responsibility for proper financial accounting

• Consultation in accounts receivable and accounts payable management

• Handling customer and supplier enquiries

• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• Support in budget planning, forecasting and financial reporting

• Monitoring and further development of the internal control system

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

• Contact person for auditors and stakeholders

• Collaboration on projects for process optimisation and digitalisation

• Preparation of analyses and decision-making bases for management

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting (federal diploma or HF/FH)

• Several years of experience in financial accounting and closing tasks

• Knowledge of ICS and compliance requirements

• Ideally some leadership experience

• Structured, solution-oriented working style with a strong affinity for numbers

• Communicative, service-oriented personality

• Team player, resilient and discreet

• Very good German and French skills (Italian an advantage)
