For our store in Alpenrhein, we are looking for a:
Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d)
With your entrepreneurial and host mentality and your passionate sales talent, you not only inspire our customers but also motivate your entire team through your positive charisma and authentic appearance.
Your tasks:
Supporting and representing your Store Manager
Representing our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
Motivating your team and promoting junior staff
Onboarding and developing new employees
Ensuring and overseeing all store operational tasks
Handling our omni-channel systems
Managing and building relationships with regular and new customers
Ensuring efficient merchandise management and active floor control
Communicating with specialist departments such as Retail Operations, Retail Buying and Visual Merchandising
What we need from you:
Relevant experience in textile retail
A motivating, confident personality
High social competence
Team spirit and a hands-on mentality
An analytical understanding for evaluating our KPIs
A strong sales affinity and pronounced organisational talent
Good English and PC skills
