CNC Screw Machinist (M/F/X)

Our client, a recognised player known for its expertise and innovation in the field of high-precision microtechnology, is continuing its development and wishes to strengthen its production team.

To support its growth, we are looking for a:

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare, set up and start CNC screw machines of the Citizen, Star or Tornos Deco type
• Monitor production and ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Carry out dimensional and visual inspections of produced parts
• Optimise settings to improve productivity and quality
• Participate in the industrialisation and fine-tuning of new products
• Make corrections and adaptations to ISO programmes
• Perform first-level maintenance of equipment
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as production mechanic, polymechanic specialising in screw machining, or equivalent training
• Proven experience in setting up and starting CNC screw machines
• Good command of controls and ISO programming
• Excellent knowledge of precision machining techniques
• Proficient in reading plans and using control tools
• Ability to work independently and in an organised manner
• Analytical mindset, rigour and sense of responsibility
• Interest in demanding technical and quality-oriented environments
• Strong aptitude for teamwork and collaboration
