Role:

You want to do more than just administer payroll; you want to actively develop processes, systems, and a committed team? In this responsible leadership position, you will take over the group-wide management of payroll processing for around 940 employees and play a decisive role in shaping the future payroll and time tracking landscape.

Responsibilities:

• You lead and further develop the payroll team both professionally and personally, ensuring clear responsibilities and stable processes

• You manage the monthly payroll processing for several companies including year-end closing, salary statements, and legally compliant accounting

• You are responsible for the correct implementation of social insurances, withholding taxes, occupational pension schemes, collective labour agreements, internal controls, and governance requirements

• You take the professional lead for SwissSalary and MS Dynamics 365 F&O and drive parameterisation, automation, and system optimisation forward

• You standardise group-wide payroll processes, establish meaningful SLAs and KPIs, and optimise interfaces with HR, Finance, and IT

• You lead the introduction and harmonisation of the TimeAs time tracking system including integration, training, support, and ensuring high data quality

• You advise management and HR on payroll-related issues, further develop reports, and accompany audits as well as exchanges with authorities and insurers

Qualifications:

• You have advanced training in human resources, payroll, or finance and accounting, for example a federal professional certificate, a higher technical college or university degree

• You bring solid payroll experience from a medium-sized or large corporate group including year-end processing and complex social insurance topics

• You have already led a payroll team and successfully developed processes, responsibilities, or shared service structures

• You are familiar with SwissSalary, MS Dynamics 365 F&O or comparable HR and payroll systems and are enthusiastic about digitalisation, automation, and HRIS projects

• You communicate fluently in German and have very good French skills at least at level C1
