Responsibilities:
- In your role, you are primarily responsible for quality and risk management
- You create, evaluate, optimise, and implement management strategies
- Within the framework of the management strategy and operator responsibility, you participate in cross-departmental projects
- You independently manage assigned property portfolios
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed training with further education as a property manager
- Knowledge in the management of condominium ownership
- Analytical, resource-oriented and cost-conscious thinking and acting, high social competence, teamwork, customer-oriented behaviour, good communication skills
- Driving licence B
- Confident German language skills
