Specialist in Order Picking

You take our order picking to the next level: With your expertise, you ensure a smooth process, optimise procedures, and maintain the highest quality standards. You take responsibility in day-to-day operations, support your team with your know-how, and actively contribute to the further development of our logistics processes.

What you achieve

• You pick customer orders on time and ensure the correct quantity, quality, and compliance with expiry date requirements
• You set up the order picking systems, manage the line, and ensure a smooth workflow in daily operations
• You work with SAP, scanner and logistics systems, check orders, and verify batches and labels
• You conduct stock checks and inventories, document discrepancies, and report malfunctions to the responsible departments
• You support process optimisations, train employees, and actively participate in the implementation of new processes and systems

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Logistics or a similar discipline
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in order picking
• You have experience in logistics or order picking, ideally in a production environment
• You work confidently with scanners, digital systems, and ideally have SAP knowledge
• You have a strong awareness of quality and hygiene as well as a good understanding of processes
• You work reliably, independently, and precisely and take responsibility for your area of work
• You are flexible, resilient, and appreciate working in a committed team
• German (C1)
