Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the financial planning processes (budget, forecast) of corporate management
- You are responsible for personnel controlling and the further development of HR KPIs
- You prepare monthly reports and analyse them
- You support the further development of reporting and the optimisation of controlling processes
- Determine monthly accruals within the framework of periodic closings
- Participation in projects
Qualifications:
- Completed business administration education and training with a focus on controlling
- Several years of professional experience in controlling
- SAP ERP knowledge (S4/Hana, SAC, Kern Allevo) desirable
- Negotiation-level skills in MS Office, especially Excel
- Team-oriented, with high independence and reliability
- Communicative, independent, and solution-oriented personality with pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
