Maintenance Manager

We are recruiting a maintenance manager for the Tennis Club des Eaux-Vives

Main duties:

• Ensure the quality, maintenance and upkeep of the facilities (courts, green spaces, buildings, lighting, roads, etc.) according to the club's standards.
• Supervise and support the technical team, while coordinating the monitoring and completion of works.
• Carry out interventions requiring technical and DIY skills.
• Occasionally participate in the maintenance of facilities at the Champel-Vessy site.

Profile sought:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an operations agent, concierge, or equivalent training in a technical field with similar experience desired (gardener, landscaper).
• Proficient in the maintenance of tennis courts (clay and synthetic surfaces) and specialised machinery (rototiller, snow blower, mowers, high-pressure cleaner).
• Good DIY skills and ability to carry out various technical tasks.
• Autonomous, thorough, organised and able to work in a team.
• Service-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, availability and diplomacy.
• In-depth knowledge of tennis and the Geneva sports environment is appreciated.
