To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

R&D and Industrialisation Engineer

Reporting to the R&D department, your main mission will be to contribute to the development of new products and the industrialisation of existing systems in the field of metallic materials and powder metallurgy, as well as their application. In collaboration with the production and sales teams, you will ensure that the developed solutions meet technical, industrial, and regulatory requirements.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop initial prototypes of highly innovative metallic compositions
• Industrialise prototypes according to market needs
• Validate market and customer needs in collaboration with sales engineers and integrate these needs into product development
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility and suitability of designs with manufacturing capabilities
• Occasionally interact with external partners

Your profile:

• HES / EPF engineering degree in materials or a basic understanding of materials
• Several years of proven experience in technological product development and industrialisation
• Ability to collaborate technically with clients
• Fluency in spoken and written French, as well as a very good command of English. English is essential to operate in an international environment and interact with clients and partners.
• Ability to manage engineering projects in a structured manner
• Collaborative, autonomous, and flexible personality, capable of working effectively within multidisciplinary teams
