Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of procurement concepts for defined material and service groups.
Negotiation of delivery terms, price agreements, and long-term framework contracts.
Obtaining and comparing quotes for planned construction projects.
Preparation of decision-making bases and documentation of supplier surcharges.
Conducting supplier meetings and reviewing agreed services.
Maintaining purchasing key figures and preparing regular evaluations.
Analysis of procurement markets and consideration of sustainable purchasing criteria.
Monitoring purchasing processes and further development of existing procurement tools.
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship in the construction trade or building materials trade with commercial or business management further training.
Further training as a Technical Buyer or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in strategic and operational purchasing.
Knowledge of electronic procurement solutions and digital ordering systems.
Confident manner and experience in price and contract negotiations.
Structured working method and pronounced understanding of economic contexts.
Interest in new procurement technologies and sustainable purchasing solutions.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
