What you can look forward to.
As an overhead line technician, you build and maintain the railway power supply and ensure voltage in the trains. Exciting tasks await you in a great and motivated team, changing locations and a technical job with real responsibility. We are looking for support at these locations in German-speaking Switzerland: Zurich, Brugg, Dulliken, Ostermundigen, Gossau (SG), Rapperswil and Winterthur. Attractive working conditions are important to us, even with irregular working hours. In return, you can enjoy empty swimming pools during the week and organise your leisure time more flexibly. Night and weekend work is additionally compensated with us – for example, 16 francs per hour for Sunday work. You also benefit from attractive time bonuses. This means you have more free time than employees without night and weekend shifts. Our other benefits such as child allowances, free 2nd class GA and discounted travel abroad – also for the family – can be found on our website under " Benefits ". Further insights into the profession as a railway construction worker / track layer can be found in the SBB career worlds or directly here: Network Electrician Overhead Line | SBB
