Your role with us
You combine educational development with conceptual work and have the scope to rethink existing things and initiate new ones.
- You further develop our educational concepts for Nursing HF and FH and translate new requirements into suitable solutions for USZ.
- You design central processes around training planning, recruitment and training progression.
- You work closely with our education managers and address overarching issues from the various specialist areas.
- You use insights from evaluations and quality development to specifically initiate changes.
- You further develop educational offerings and initiate projects on current issues in nursing education.
- You network with educational institutions and professional committees and bring the USZ perspective into joint developments.
What you bring
- MSc in Vocational Education or a comparable qualification
- Nursing background
- Profound knowledge of tertiary nursing education and the Swiss education system
- Experience in the development and management of educational processes
- Conceptual strength, initiative and enjoyment in advancing complex issues together with others
