PROJECT MANAGER PLANNING (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the project and planning management of demanding building construction projects. You will manage residential, commercial and hotel buildings through all relevant planning phases and act as the central interface between the client, architecture, specialist planning, authorities and construction management. The focus is on planning coordination, cost, schedule and quality management as well as BIM-based planning processes. You lead interdisciplinary planning teams and ensure that projects are developed technically, economically and in accordance with the relevant SIA standards and building regulations.
Responsibilities:
Independent project and planning management of demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects
Structuring and controlling the planning phases and milestones from project development to execution planning
Leadership and coordination of architects, specialist planners and other planning partners
Central interface coordination between client, planning, authorities and construction management
Responsibility for compliance with defined quality, cost and schedule targets
Coordination and review of design, project, approval, execution and detailed planning
Management of technical interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services and interior finishing
Development, implementation and further development of BIM project management and coordination processes
Use of ArchiCAD or comparable CAD/BIM systems for checking and coordinating planning
Conducting planning, coordination and project meetings including task, decision and information management
Ensuring planning complies with SIA standards, Swiss building legislation and project-specific requirements
Supporting construction management in the transition of planning into the realisation phase as well as in planning-related changes
Qualifications:
Degree as FH/ETH architect, FH/ETH civil engineer, federally certified construction manager for building construction, certified technician HF or comparable higher technical construction education
Several years of professional experience in project or planning management of larger building construction projects across multiple planning and realisation phases
Sound knowledge of SIA standards, Swiss building legislation and planning processes as well as experience in coordinating interdisciplinary specialist planning
Good knowledge of CAD/BIM, preferably ArchiCAD, and confident use of MS Office
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
