Do you want to pass on your expertise and actively support the next generation in intensive care? Then take co-responsibility for training in our highly specialised neonatal intensive care unit. You accompany students practically on their path into intensive care – together, responsibly, and for the benefit of our smallest patients.
You work in tandem with another trainer. Together you ensure continuous, high-quality support for the students.

Trainer NDS Intensive Care for the Neonatology Intensive Care Unit 50-80%

Your tasks
- You accompany, promote and enable students in the postgraduate intensive care paediatrics/neonatology (NDS) programme in the demanding clinical everyday life.
- You design individual learning processes in learning and working groups and ensure a close link between theory and practice.
- You plan and conduct training discussions, qualifications and learning documentation with clear, appreciative communication.
- You teach on learning transfer days and actively participate in educational and development projects.
- You work closely with nursing experts, the interprofessional treatment team as well as specialist and educational partners.
- You represent the educational concerns of the neonatal intensive care unit in the management team (leadership, specialist and education).
What you bring
- A postgraduate degree (NDS) in intensive care IPP / IPE.
- Professional experience in neonatology and/or paediatrics.
- Pedagogical further training (SVEB certificate or CAS in education) or the willingness to complete this.
- Enjoyment in working with students as well as the ability to motivate and support them individually.
- Pedagogical experience as a trainer is an advantage – or the motivation to specifically develop yourself in this role.
