Do you want to actively shape the Modern Workplace and IT security of an internationally operating, successful industrial company? For a dynamic company in the canton of Aargau, we are looking for an experienced, solution-oriented individual who will take responsibility for Endpoint Security, Identity & Access Management, and the strategic development of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). Your Tasks

Modern Workplace & Endpoint Security: You take technical responsibility for the Modern Workplace (Windows 11 Fat Clients, Azure Virtual Desktops, Managed Mobiles) including the associated security infrastructure and develop it strategically.
Identity & Access Management: You operate and further develop our Conditional Access policies as well as the MFA and Identity Protection configurations.
Consulting for Subsidiaries: You support and advise our group companies on planned expansions or individual configurations in the workplace area.
3rd-Level Support: You analyse complex faults, coordinate escalations, ensure knowledge transfer to the support team, and support 2nd-level support.
Sparring Partner in the Engineering Team: You work closely with the team and contribute your know-how to projects and design decisions.

Our Requirements

Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
3-5 years of experience in the modern workplace environment, especially with Microsoft Intune (including MDM), the Microsoft Entra ID security stack, operating Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), as well as software packaging and 2nd-level support
Experience in 3rd-level support
Very good German and good English skills
Willingness to travel of approx. 10%
