Your area of responsibility
As Chief Commercial Officer, you take overall responsibility for the commercial growth strategy of our company. In this key role, you actively shape the corporate strategy, drive market and business development forward, and lead the areas of Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success with a clear focus on sustainable growth and long-term company success.
- Development and implementation of the growth and business development strategy for Switzerland as well as co-shaping the corporate strategy as a member of the executive board.
- Leadership of the Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success departments.
- Management of commercial performance through KPI management, forecasting, CRM and reporting.
- Further development of the sales strategy as well as acquisition of new customers, markets and business opportunities.
- Responsibility for strategic tenders, offer processes and negotiations at C-level.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at executive and management level.
- Responsibility for marketing and communication activities, brand management and further development of market presence.
Your profile
- A personality who wants to make a difference and co-write the next chapter of Compass Group in Switzerland.
- University degree in business administration, management, hospitality management or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of leadership experience in strategic sales, business development or commercial management, ideally in the hospitality or facility management environment.
- Proven success in complex sales processes and negotiations at executive and C-level.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, develop and sustainably lead teams to success.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; French skills are an advantage.
