In this responsible position, you will take on the professional and operational management of the nursing department, lead your team, and ensure professional and high-quality care for clients.

In this responsible position, you will take on the professional and operational management of the nursing department, lead your team, and ensure professional and high-quality care for clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Professional and operational management of the entire nursing department
- Ensuring compliance with legal, professional, and licensing requirements
- Admission of new clients and conducting needs assessments using InterRAI
- Management and monitoring of the nursing process including prescriptions and nursing documentation
- Professional and personnel leadership of nursing staff
- Competence-appropriate deployment planning, delegation, and coordination of employees
- Organisation and assurance of on-call service
- Ensuring and continuous development of nursing quality, hygiene, and internal processes
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, hospitals, insurers, authorities, and other specialist agencies
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- At least 2 years of professional experience in comprehensive nursing
- Experience in outpatient care is an advantage but not mandatory
- At least 1 year of leadership experience or completed leadership training with at least 15 ECTS
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Responsible, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in leading, developing staff, and ensuring high nursing quality together
