Role:
In this role, you design a future-proof IT infrastructure and actively drive the further development of modern cloud solutions. You are responsible for the stable and secure operation of systems, analyse faults and implement sustainable optimisations. You plan and implement infrastructure and cloud projects from conception to implementation. You bring in your experience to standardise architectures, promote automation and meet high availability and security requirements. Through your expertise, you competently support stakeholders, advise on best practices and ensure that the IT landscape remains continuously up to date.
Responsibilities:
- You take over 2nd and 3rd level support for internal and external customer infrastructures and optimise network and security environments.
- In this role, you plan and implement customer and infrastructure projects and develop them independently.
- You continuously administer and develop Microsoft environments such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Intune and Defender.
- As an IT infrastructure and cloud specialist, you integrate security from the outset through hardening, patch management and secure system configurations.
- You automate recurring tasks with PowerShell and Power Automate, thereby increasing the efficiency and quality of services.
- In this role, you document solutions in a structured manner and actively share your knowledge with employees and customers.
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training at HF, FH level or comparable qualification; alternatively, many years of experience in the IT infrastructure environment, ideally supplemented by relevant certifications.
- Profound expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange as well as in virtualisation technologies.
- Strong architectural understanding of network, security, backup and cloud solutions with a focus on sustainable system construction.
- Structured and independent working style with clear prioritisation and overview even in complex situations.
- Confident, target-group-appropriate communication on an equal footing with customers and team.
- Several years of practical experience through which you demonstrate your know-how beyond book knowledge in projects and daily operations.
