Welcome to the team of our Rocken partner as a Real Estate Management Specialist! In this challenging position, you will take on a key role in the successful management and further development of our extensive real estate portfolio. Bring your expertise and help shape the future.
Responsibilities:
- As a specialist in real estate management, you independently manage a broad portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- You are the central contact person for tenants and owners, resolving complex issues and coordinating efficient solutions
- You plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance and modernisation projects to increase the value of our properties
- You draft and negotiate rental contracts in accordance with legal requirements and ensure transparent billing
- You monitor rent payments and optimise budget planning for operating and ancillary costs
- You conduct viewings and actively support marketing efforts to maximise occupancy rates
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in real estate management or hold a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in property management and understand the challenges of the industry
- You possess sound knowledge of tenancy law as well as facility management
- You are communicative, team-oriented and demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- You have a good command of the German language in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
