Dispatcher Sewer Cleaning (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Planning and coordination of daily assignments in the field of sewer cleaning
- Receiving customer orders as well as competent telephone advice
- Organisation and scheduling of emergency and special assignments
- Recording and managing orders in the scheduling system
- Ensuring a smooth and timely deployment process
- Close cooperation with field staff
- Ongoing coordination with customers, deployment teams and internal departments
Your profile
- Experience in the sewer or pipe cleaning industry
- Technical understanding as well as pronounced organisational talent
- Enjoyment in coordinating assignments and daily customer contact
- Ideally first experience in scheduling - however, this is not a requirement
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with administrative processes and digital planning systems
- Confident handling of MS Office is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, resilient and communicative personality
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Driving licence category B
