For the Fischermätteli facility in the Bern region, we are looking for a
Health Specialist EFZ 40-80% Night Shift
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing care model and nursing process
- Performing treatment nursing activities
- Supporting our guests with personal hygiene and other daily living activities
- Regular rounds
- Observation and evaluation of care and support situations
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
- Taking over and responsibility for assigned professional tasks at night
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of varied challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
