To complete our legal department team, based in Morges, we are looking for a

Profile

- With Swiss legal training, you have at least 5 years of experience within a company or a law firm.

- Good knowledge in the fields of corporate law, contract law, construction law, administrative law, as well as real rights. Knowledge of public procurement is an asset.

- Familiar with economic and financial issues and accustomed to supporting business projects, you are a native French speaker and ideally have a good command of English.

- Open-minded, curious and favouring a multidisciplinary approach, your listening skills, analytical and synthetic mind, as well as your ease of expression make you a credible and respected interlocutor both internally and externally.

- You have a pragmatic approach to legal matters, are solution-oriented and are recognised for your sense of priorities, organisation, anticipation and discretion.

- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, strong analytical and synthetic abilities.

Responsibilities

- You work independently, in close collaboration with your internal clients, advising and supporting certain business units, departments or companies of the Group on legal matters.

- In this context, you are responsible for drafting, reviewing or negotiating all types of agreements or contracts and preparing legal opinions and other legal documents related to our areas of activity.

- You participate in the relationships we maintain with judicial, administrative and regulatory authorities and, where appropriate, manage relations with external lawyers.

- You also contribute to the development and updating of legal monitoring and the management of the Group entities' corporate documents; mandates of representation as a director of subsidiaries or representation within working groups or partnerships are also possible.
