Your tasks

• You care for and advise your patients and their relatives holistically, professionally and individually.
  
• You ensure quality and continuity in nursing process management.
  
• You implement individual care planning together with the interprofessional treatment team.
  
• You recognise changing situations early and initiate the appropriate measures.
  
• You support smooth shift operations as well as cross-departmental collaboration.
  
• You actively participate in the further development of the nursing areas.
  

Your profile

• You have a degree as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH (Foreign diplomas: SRK recognition)
  
• Professional experience in acute care as well as in the field of Cardiology and Nephrology is desired
