Job Description
Integrated into the Operational Excellence team, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimising industrial performance. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a demanding, innovative production environment strongly focused on operational excellence.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Conduct Gemba walks to analyse production processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collect, monitor and analyse industrial performance indicators (OEE, quality, yield, productivity).
- Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement approaches in collaboration with operational teams.
- Contribute to Lean projects (5S, Kaizen, problem solving) aimed at enhancing process efficiency.
- Identify sources of waste and propose optimisation actions.
- Participate in updating work standards as well as developing visual management.
- Support the deployment of new tools and methodologies alongside the Operational Excellence team.
Profile Sought
You are in your final year of studies or currently training at a University of Applied Sciences, University of Applied Sciences and Arts, or university in one of the following fields:
- Industrial Engineering
- Food Industry
- Food Technology
- Supply Chain
- Production Management
You show a strong interest in continuous improvement and industrial environments. With excellent analytical skills, you enjoy fieldwork and know how to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
You are proficient in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Curious, rigorous and proactive, you wish to develop your skills in a stimulating environment.
