MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (M/F)

"Assembly" department:

Mission:

You are responsible for ensuring the maintenance and proper functioning of the assembly workshop equipment, intervening on both mechanical and electrical/electronic issues, as well as improving tooling and production means.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and resolution of technical problems related to equipment and tooling, including mechanical adaptations (machining, turning, grinding, milling) and troubleshooting electrical/electronic faults
• Adjustment of machines and verification of their conformity after intervention
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment and tooling in the Assembly department
• Writing non-conformity reports and intervention follow-up sheets
• Researching technical improvements on assembly lines
• Participation in the definition, realisation and validation of new tooling in collaboration with support services
• Assisting in training operators on the use of equipment and processes
• Management and ordering of materials, spare parts and minimum stock
• Ensuring the application of quality and safety standards

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Polymechanic, Micromechanic, Automation Assembler, or equivalent technical training combining mechanics and electronics
• Good knowledge of electricity/electronics and comfortable with fault finding
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of assembly techniques and methods
• Good skills in using MS Office tools
• Logical and methodical mindset
• Good communicator, able to demonstrate pedagogy and patience
