MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (M/F)
Mission:
You are responsible for ensuring the maintenance and proper functioning of the assembly workshop equipment, intervening on both mechanical and electrical/electronic issues, as well as improving tooling and production means.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and resolution of technical problems related to equipment and tooling, including mechanical adaptations (machining, turning, grinding, milling) and troubleshooting electrical/electronic faults
- Adjustment of machines and verification of their conformity after intervention
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment and tooling in the Assembly department
- Writing non-conformity reports and intervention follow-up sheets
- Researching technical improvements on assembly lines
- Participation in the definition, realisation and validation of new tooling in collaboration with support services
- Assisting in training operators on the use of equipment and processes
- Management and ordering of materials, spare parts and minimum stock
- Ensuring the application of quality and safety standards
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Polymechanic, Micromechanic, Automation Assembler, or equivalent technical training combining mechanics and electronics
- Good knowledge of electricity/electronics and comfortable with fault finding
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- In-depth knowledge of assembly techniques and methods
- Good skills in using MS Office tools
- Logical and methodical mindset
- Good communicator, able to demonstrate pedagogy and patience
