AI & Application Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you shape the further development of core applications with the possibilities of artificial intelligence and take digital processes to the next level. You combine your technical know-how with creative ideas to not only maintain existing systems but to optimise them purposefully. You use your understanding of modern AI solutions to make processes faster, simpler, and more efficient. With your commitment, you contribute to developing innovative applications that noticeably improve the everyday life of users. In this position, you take responsibility for future-oriented solutions and actively shape the digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the operation of core applications and further develop them with AI solutions
You coordinate AI agent projects and drive the automation of business processes forward
You manage SharePoint and Power Automate and implement appropriate solutions
As an interface between departments and IT partners, you translate requirements into practical solutions
You pay attention to data protection, security, and compliance when using AI
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in application management, technical product management or a similar environment as well as in IT projects
Practical knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents; experience with Claude or MCP is a plus
Experience with SharePoint is important, Dynamics 365 / Business Central are advantageous
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are a plus
