As part of your work, you will take on the following tasks:

• Inspiring team leadership: You motivate and develop your sales team to achieve top performance together.
• Strategic responsibility: You implement targeted sales strategies and ensure an appealing product presentation to achieve growth targets.
• Excellence in customer service: Through regular training of your staff, you ensure first-class advisory quality and high customer satisfaction.
