Here is what you will do with us

• Planning the interventions of assemblers, service technicians and loading site
• Assigning teams according to priorities, skills and availability
• Coordinating assemblies, troubleshooting and repairs
• Organising logistics, tools, equipment and transport
• Managing the entries and exits of transport loads
• Assisting with ordering spare parts and checking the corresponding invoices
• Processing returns of parts and equipment
• Communicating and coordinating with clients, assemblers, suppliers and internal departments
• Handling technical requests and providing troubleshooting assistance where possible
• Monitoring services, contracts, intervention reports and invoicing
• Carrying out administrative tasks related to the role

What you bring

• Complete technical training or solid experience in the field
• Experience in managing and leading a team
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
• Excellent customer orientation and strong team spirit
• Preferably residing in the Lausanne region
• Good command of IT tools
