Role:
A responsible role in the planning, management, and implementation of demanding road and civil engineering projects. The position includes organising site workflows, coordinating employees and project participants, and ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety standards. A varied task with a lot of personal responsibility, modern infrastructure, and development opportunities in an established Swiss construction company. The projects range from St. Gallen to Zurich Winterthur.
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive responsibility for the planning, management, and successful implementation of road and civil engineering projects
Organisation, coordination, and control of site workflows as well as ensuring efficient construction progress
Leadership and coordination of employees, contractors, and other project participants
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards on the construction sites
Preparation of quotes, site reports, and project documentation
Active maintenance of communication and collaboration with clients, subcontractors, authorities, and other partners
Qualifications:
Completed training in construction, for example as a construction foreman, foreman with appropriate further training, or comparable qualification
Sound knowledge in road and civil engineering as well as initial experience in construction management
Confident handling of MS Office and common construction software
Driving licence Category B
Fluent German language skills
