What you will achieve

• You shape the future of collaboration at SV and actively develop our working methods "The Way We Work" as well as modern leadership and organisational forms.
• You design and support company-wide transformation and organisational development initiatives and assist leaders and teams in successfully integrating new approaches into everyday work.
• You are responsible for leadership, talent and young talents and create the framework conditions to identify, develop and sustainably promote potential.
• You develop a future-oriented learning ecosystem, utilise new technologies and establish innovative learning formats that make learning simple, effective and attractive.
• You lead a committed team, facilitate workshops at all hierarchical levels and bring people, ideas and perspectives together.

What you bring with you

• University degree or comparable further education in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development, Business Administration or Learning & Development.
• Several years of experience in learning, organisational development, transformation or the introduction of modern working and leadership models.
• Strong moderation, communication and workshop skills as well as the ability to inspire people for new ideas and joint developments.
• A team-oriented leadership style, high social competence and enjoyment in successfully developing people and teams.
• You think in terms of possibilities, recognise opportunities and bring ideas into implementation with pragmatism, energy and perseverance.
