What you will achieve
- You shape the future of collaboration at SV and actively develop our working methods "The Way We Work" as well as modern leadership and organisational forms.

What you bring with you
- University degree or comparable further education in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development, Business Administration or Learning & Development.
- Several years of experience in learning, organisational development, transformation or the introduction of modern working and leadership models.
- Strong moderation, communication and workshop skills as well as the ability to inspire people for new ideas and joint developments.
- A team-oriented leadership style, high social competence and enjoyment in successfully developing people and teams.
- You think in terms of possibilities, recognise opportunities and bring ideas into implementation with pragmatism, energy and perseverance.
