For our client, an internationally active industrial company in the production sector, we are looking to strengthen the controlling team immediately or by arrangement with a committed individual as Production and Plant Controller (80–100%) who wants to actively shape and further develop control and analysis processes. Your tasks with the new employer:

• Harmonisation of calculation and valuation logics across various plants as well as further development of a group-wide plant controlling standard
• Execution of standard, preliminary, and post-calculations for semi-finished and finished products as well as analysis of deviations, under- and over-coverage in the target-actual comparison
• Creation of well-founded decision bases by condensing complex production and cost data and deriving clear recommendations for action for management and specialist departments
• Consultation of plant management as well as the AVOR, SCM, and procurement departments on cost, productivity, and efficiency issues and active participation in budget, forecast, and medium-term planning

You offer your new employer:

• Completed studies or comparable further training in controlling, business administration, finance, or a similar qualification
• Several years of experience in production controlling or a comparable controlling function with a strong understanding of production processes and business management contexts
• Very good knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA, as well as proficient use of MS Excel and modern reporting tools
• A communicative personality with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style as well as very good German and good English skills
