The Students Accounting Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records related to student accounts, including tuition fees, accommodation charges, health insurance administration, and cash handling from campus outlets.
The role ensures timely processing of all student-related financial transactions and provides clear support and guidance to students regarding their accounts and insurance coverage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Billing & Payments: Prepare invoices, record and reconcile payments, ensure compliance.
Student Accounts: Maintain records and monitor outstanding balances
Health Insurance: Manage entries and cancellations, ensure timely updates, communicate clearly with students.
Cash Management: Reconcile cash from outlets, check floats, and register revenues accurately.
Student Support: Respond to inquiries and provide clear explanations on charges, payments, and insurance.
Front-Facing Role: Highly front-facing with students, sponsors, and customers, ensuring professional and courteous service.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners for accurate data flow.
PROFILE
Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; with 1-2 years in accounting or administrative finance roles (preferably in education or hospitality).
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel essential) and Knowledge with AX Dynamics 365
Knowledge of Swiss accounting standards is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Perfect command of English and French are required
