For over 15 years, Isoleco has been insulating houses and buildings throughout French-speaking Switzerland. Based in Grancy, our teams install efficient and often natural insulations, such as cellulose wadding made from recycled paper, in attics, roofs or double walls. Concrete work, serving the energy transition.

You are an experienced applicator, you take pride in a job well done and you know how to lead a small team? This position is made for you. Here, you spend your days on site: you install and coordinate your team by setting an example.

What you will do

• You apply insulation in attics, roofs and double walls, daily on site
• You coordinate a team of 2 to 3 people: morning briefing, work distribution, transmission of best practices
• You read plans, check the quality of the installation and resolve technical issues on site
• You manage the equipment on site, from ordering to delivery, as well as the vehicle
• You are Isoleco’s contact on site with the client, architect and construction management
• You ensure compliance with Suva regulations and train new colleagues
• At the end of the day, you complete site reports, time sheets and work orders

Who you are

• You are a hands-on person: you enjoy installing, not just supervising
• You are a certified carpenter or have equivalent training, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in insulation
• You master all types of insulation and can read plans
• You have already coordinated a team on a construction site
• You lead by example: responsive, organised and thorough, including with paperwork
• Physical work, at height or in attics, does not scare you
• You are comfortable with clients, architects and construction management
• G or B permit mandatory, perfect command of French
• You hold a category B driving licence (BE is an asset)
