Automotive Sales Advisor – 100%

Your mission

• Develop the portfolio: active prospecting (phone, field, digital) and customer loyalty.
• Welcome and advise customers from A to Z: needs analysis, presentations, test drives, configuration, possible trade-in, financing/leasing/insurance options, closing, delivery.
• Prepare offers and sales contracts accurately with rigorous follow-up.
• Ensure an impeccable customer experience, from first contact to vehicle handover.
• Achieve your sales targets.

Your profile

• Several years of successful experience in automotive sales or a similar commercial environment.
• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) related to automotive or commercial field.
• Strong commercial spirit and comfortable with telephone prospecting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude combining active listening and targeted argumentation.
• Established network in central Valais, knowledge of the local fabric.
• Passion for customer relations and the automotive world.
• French as a mother tongue, other languages are an asset.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, digital tools and open to new technologies.
• Category B driving licence essential.
