As a Microsoft 365 Cloud Consultant, you accompany customers in the digitalisation of their work environments and develop modern solutions based on Microsoft 365. You analyse requirements, advise companies on the optimal use of cloud technologies, and implement future-oriented solutions together with internal specialists.
Responsibilities:
Consulting and support of customers around Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot
Design, implementation, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 architectures and services
Conducting workshops, training sessions, and technical presentations
Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable cloud and workplace solutions
Collaboration with cloud engineers, security teams, and project managers
Participation in migrations, projects, and further development of managed services
Qualifications:
Experience in Microsoft 365 consulting, consulting, or technical customer projects
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, or Copilot
Understanding of cloud solutions, modern workplaces, and digital transformation
Enjoyment of customer contact, presentations, and solution-oriented consulting
Independent, structured working style and high initiative
Interest in change management and the introduction of new technologies
Very good German language skills and good communication abilities
