Job description

Are you a qualified carpenter and/or joiner who enjoys meticulous and quality work? Join a carpentry and joinery company recognised for the quality of its work, in the exceptional setting of Val d’Hérens.

We are looking for a carpenter and/or joiner with a CFC at 100% to complete our team.

Your responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble wooden structures in the workshop and on site.
• Install frameworks, roofs and other wooden construction elements.
• Carry out renovation, repair and maintenance work.
• Manufacture wooden items in the workshop: doors, windows, furniture, fittings and other bespoke creations.
• Install fittings and joinery elements on site.
• Read and interpret plans and technical documents.
• Use machines, tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the quality of work carried out and respect deadlines.
• Comply with safety regulations on construction sites.

Your profile

• CFC in carpentry and/or joinery; or equivalent training.
• Professional experience in carpentry and/or joinery.
• Good command of woodwork techniques and professional tools.
• Autonomy, rigour, precision and punctuality.
• A sense of well-done work.
• Driving licence and vehicle essential.
• Team spirit and good communication skills.
• Respect for safety rules.
