Junior IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF50,000 - 65,000Responsibilities:
Independent handling and follow-up of 1st and 2nd level support requests until full resolution
Ensuring service delivery according to defined service level agreements
Analysis and optimisation of requests including potential for automation of recurring tasks
Support with on- and offboarding of employees
Documentation of solutions and processes for the internal knowledge base
Qualifications:
Experience with Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android
Good knowledge of SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira and Confluence
Excellent German skills (business fluent) and good English skills
