You design and implement Digital Workplace solutions and support customers with migrations
As a technical contact, you advise on modern IT infrastructures and take on responsibility in workplace engineering
You independently operate complex workplace environments and support in 2nd & 3rd level support
You further develop modern workplace concepts and ensure high-quality documentation
Additionally, you support the professional knowledge transfer within the team and develop junior engineers
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and several years of experience as a senior/expert system engineer
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and hybrid identities
Confident handling of PowerShell, Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management
Knowledge of Citrix, hypervisors, networks, Fortinet and Teams Voice is a plus
You master German fluently in writing and speaking, and are characterised by an independent working style, hands-on mentality and teamwork skills
