Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 120,000Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a cantonal administration in the education sector based in the Basel region, we are looking for a controller for the primary school sector. You will take on business planning, control and monitoring and be responsible for financial reporting. You will work in a politically influenced environment and advise the department and division management with well-founded decision-making bases.

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for controlling the primary school sector including budgeting, forecasts and annual financial statements
You are responsible for financial reporting and prepare complex data in a target group-appropriate and transparent manner
You advise division management and specialist departments, analyse complex issues and develop decision-making bases and recommendations
You optimise control instruments and controlling processes and document them comprehensibly
Qualifications:
You bring several years of solid professional experience in controlling or financial management, ideally in the education or administrative environment
You have a completed university degree (Uni/FH) in business administration, public management, economics or a comparable higher qualification with a focus on finance/controlling
You combine diplomatic skill with assertiveness and act confidently and professionally even in a politically influenced environment
Experience in project work and in optimising controlling processes is an advantage
You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written
