ICT System Administrator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You manage and further develop our Microsoft infrastructure with Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services.
You administer users, permissions, devices and policies and ensure secure and reliable operation.
You support employees with technical issues and handle complex support cases until a sustainable solution is found.
You automate recurring tasks and optimise existing administration and operational processes.
You participate in migrations, rollouts and other IT projects and contribute your own ideas for the further development of our environment.
Qualifications:
You have training in computer science, system technology or a comparable qualification.
You have practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
You are familiar with modern workplace technologies such as Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams or SharePoint.
You work analytically, independently and service-oriented and can explain technical contexts clearly.
You are interested in new Microsoft technologies and want to continuously expand your knowledge in the areas of cloud and security.
