Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a committed individual for an established company in the field of glass solutions, glazing technology, and interior construction who wishes to take the next career step from the construction site to the office. The company realises demanding projects for private clients, commercial enterprises, and contract construction and stands for quality, precision, and customised solutions.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and coordination of glass and interior construction projects
Support of clients, architects, and site managers throughout the entire project duration
Conducting measurements and technical clarifications on site
Preparation of quotations, calculations, and order documents
Planning and coordination of materials, personnel, and installation dates
Monitoring costs, deadlines, and quality requirements
Supporting installation teams with technical queries
Conducting site meetings and inspections
Ensuring professional project documentation
Qualifications:
Basic training as a carpenter EFZ, joiner EFZ, or metalworker EFZ
Desire to develop from an operational role on the construction site towards project management and office work
Further training as a technical clerk with a federal certificate, project manager, or construction supervisor is an advantage
Experience in interior construction, metal construction, glass construction, or construction project management
Very good German skills and confident use of MS Office
