You are responsible for invoicing services and coordinating clarifications with health insurance companies and municipal administrations
You conduct electronic payment transactions and post the corresponding liquidity accounts
You manage accounts receivable including reconciliations as well as dunning and debt collection processes
You support accounts payable and the reconciliation of financial and clearing accounts
You participate in the preparation of the annual financial statements according to HRM2 or take responsibility for this
You prepare VAT returns according to the flat tax rate
You assist with administrative tasks and contribute to controlling and business management issues
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting
You bring several years of practical experience in accounting, ideally in the healthcare or care sector
You have very good IT user skills, especially in Excel; knowledge of Lobos is an advantage
You are interested in controlling and business management contexts
You work precisely, structured, and independently and convince through reliability and social competence
