You will take on

• Collaboration in the outpatient clinic (including an outreach service) for older people in a committed multiprofessional team
• Participation in the consultation and liaison service in nursing homes and hospitals in the canton of Thurgau
• Cooperation with the specialist offices for ageing and dementia in the canton of Thurgau
• Close cooperation with the geriatrics department of the Münsterlingen Cantonal Hospital

You bring with you

• Specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or already advanced specialist training
• Interest in and experience with therapeutic work with older people
• Interest in acquiring the focus on geriatric psychiatry and geriatric psychotherapy
• You treat the entire spectrum of geriatric psychiatric disorders
• You have sound somatic knowledge
• You hold a driving licence and have your own car
• Commitment to further training or continuing education to maintain your knowledge
• Flexibility, independence, resilience
• Ability to integrate and work in a team

Outpatient Adult Psychiatry (AEP) together with the Psychiatric Clinic Münsterlingen (PKM) is responsible for the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care of the adult population in Thurgau. We treat over 7,500 patients annually and offer specialised outpatient, outreach, and day clinic services in Münsterlingen, Weinfelden, Kreuzlingen, Frauenfeld, and Romanshorn.
