In-house HVAC Technician - Project Manager M/F

Your responsibilities

- Client Management & Support: Handle client requests by email and phone. Analyse their needs, formalise offers and ensure remote technical follow-up.

- HVAC Project Management: Plan, coordinate and supervise installation or renovation projects. Define schedules, allocate resources and monitor the progress of worksites.

- Technical Follow-up & Offers: Perform basic thermal calculations, size equipment and draft specifications as well as quotes.

- Internal/External Coordination: Work closely with the on-site assembly teams and order necessary materials from suppliers.

- Multilingual Communication: Ensure written and oral correspondence with our Swiss and international clients and partners.

Your profile

- Education: Higher technical training in HVAC or CFC installer/designer with strong experience.

- Experience: Proven experience in HVAC project management or in a sedentary technical interface role.

- Languages (Mandatory): Perfect command of French AND fluent level (B2/C1 minimum) in English OR German, both spoken and written.

- Skills: Writing ease, excellent telephone communication and proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office, ERP).

- Personal qualities: Strong customer service sense, organisational rigour, initiative spirit and ability to manage priorities.
