To support the development of our activities, we are looking immediately or for a date to be agreed upon, for a Micromechanic.
Micromechanic
Your tasks
You will be mainly responsible for the production and adaptation of precision tooling necessary for our machines and equipment.
Your main activities will notably include the following:

Manufacture fixtures, supports, guides, interfaces and tooling parts intended for our automation machines.

Produce specific tooling and accessories for our products, especially for our screwdrivers and associated equipment.

Machine precision components on 102 lathes, milling machines and conventional grinders.

Produce single parts or small series according to plans, sketches or internal requirements.

Adapt or modify existing parts during assembly, adjustment or fine-tuning phases of the machines.

Carry out dimensional and geometric inspections of the manufactured parts.

Ensure the quality and precision of the produced tooling.

Collaborate with the mechanical, assembly, project and R&D teams to propose practical and suitable solutions to needs.

Participate in the improvement and optimisation of existing tooling.
Your profile
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a micromechanic, precision mechanic, polymachinist or an equivalent qualification.
You have experience in precision machining and tooling production, ideally in an environment related to microtechnology, watchmaking, special machines or automation.
You master conventional machining as well as dimensional and geometric inspection methods.
You enjoy producing single parts, adapting existing solutions and finding practical solutions to problems encountered on machines.
You are precise, rigorous, autonomous, pragmatic and solution-oriented, while appreciating teamwork.
