JOMOS Fire Protection AG, based in Balsthal with around 180 employees, is a leading company in the exciting field of technical fire protection. Since 2018, the company has been part of the international VINCI Group. For the extinguishing business unit, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Management of planning and implementation of projects from handover through to acceptance by the authorities, commissioning and handover to the customer, as well as handover to the internal service department
• Contact person for customers, planners, architects and other contractors
• Technical leadership of the drawing and installation department
• Creation of execution, installation and revision plans and manufacturing drawings as well as hydraulic calculations (system design) or checking of the aforementioned documents (four-eyes principle), all according to sprinkler guidelines (SES, VdS, FM, etc.) Coordination of appointments, authority contacts and site processes
• Cost control, change order management and project accounting
• Participation in construction and coordination meetings
• Contribution to the further development of internal processes

• Completed vocational training in building services engineering: sanitary installer, building services planner, technical draughtsman (specialisations in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, building construction, heating, ventilation or sanitary) or also designer
• Further education at HF level (technical business administrator or technician HF in building services engineering or mechanical engineering, business administration, designer) or university of applied sciences/etc (engineer in mechanical engineering, building services engineering, construction etc.)
• Professional experience in project business, preferably in the construction industry, alternatively in mechanical engineering or as a building services planner (heating, ventilation, sanitary)
• Basic CAD knowledge, preferably AutoCAD or Revit
• Very good and confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Communicative, resilient and with a good sense of customer needs
• Willingness to learn, organisational skills & an independent working style
• Customer-friendly manner & team player
