What is my role?

• Close collaboration with the head of the construction department

• Responsible management of various sub-projects

• Participation and site management in major projects

• Supervision of projects from planning to final acceptance

• Responsibility for warranty work

• Preparation of cost estimates and tenders

• Execution of billing

• Coordination and monitoring of schedules

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training with further education as a construction manager or an equivalent qualification

• Several years of professional experience in construction management are required

• You are a communicative personality with strong assertiveness

• Independent working style characterises you

• You convince through your team-oriented, resilient and flexible nature

• Confident handling of MS Office
