Intern with All-Round Function (m/f/d) 100% - Administration / Sales
Your tasks:
- Support in the smooth and customer-oriented handling at the information desk, including the cash register, with a focus on professional complaint management
- Assistance in checking and processing purchase contracts in MHS as well as handling delivery proposals, collection reminders, customer letters and the smooth handling of rental cars
- Support during inventory counts
- You look after our valued customers with complaints and offer them expert advice
- Proactively care for and advise customers by actively taking sales initiatives and placing a strong focus on service-oriented customer care
- You ensure that presentation, price labelling, cleanliness, order and items are always of the highest quality, as well as that the shelves are always well stocked
Your profile:
At 16 years old, you start with full energy into the fascinating world of retail. Your German skills are excellent, and you are very familiar with technology. Your willingness to develop further is high; taking initiative and enthusiasm are among your strengths in completing assigned tasks. With an eye for colours, shapes, trends and a feel for beautiful living, you bring a special touch. Your exceptionally friendly, service-oriented manner and your pure enthusiasm in customer contact are your trademarks.
