Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the application and maintenance of the RAI-LTCF system
- Ensuring careful and meaningful assessment of residents
- Collaboration with the nursing expert in the development and further advancement of care concepts
- Professional guidance and support of staff in practical nursing
- Planning and conducting internal training sessions
- Participation in securing and further developing care quality
- Assuming leadership duties during the absence of the Head of Nursing and Care
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF or FH
- Experience with RAI-LTCF; additional training in the RAI area is an advantage
- Interest in practice supervision, knowledge transfer and quality development
- Willingness to represent the Head of Nursing and Care when required
- Enjoyment of a varied role between office and nursing practice
- Strong professional, social and communication skills
- Sense of responsibility, team orientation and motivation to contribute own ideas
