For our client, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f) with very good German and French skills, who will take on a central role in customer support.
Our client is an established Swiss wholesaler with over 60 years of experience and around 150 employees. With a range of over 10,000 stocked products in the field of electrical and electronic goods, the company supplies customers nationally and internationally.
- Complete order processing from A to Z
- You take responsibility for customer development and are responsible for customer growth
- General administrative tasks
- Complaint management
- Several years of professional experience in inside sales and customer support in German/French
- Solid German skills and very good French skills in spoken and written are essential
- High personal responsibility as well as an independent and precise way of working
- Technical understanding
